I’ve spent most of my life chasing flavour. Not the kind you find in recipe books — the real kind. The kind that hits you unexpectedly at a late-night street stall in Mexico, a hidden curry house deep in India, a tapas joint run by a family in Spain, or a crowded food court in China.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped choosing and started combining. Mixing Mexican sauces with Indian spices. Wrapping butter chicken in corn tortillas. Dipping paneer tacos in birria jus. People told me, “That’s weird,” or “You can’t do that.” But after the first bite?
It was always: “Oh my god… this is actually amazing.”

And that’s how El Vida Sabor was born.

I’m Indian. I grew up surrounded by powerful flavours — food that doesn’t just taste good but makes you feel something. El Vida Sabor is my way of blending that heritage with the bold, soulful energy of Mexican street food. It’s not traditional. It’s not polished. But it’s honest. And it’s alive.
